Access
- After exiting the ticket gates at Omiya Station, head toward the West Exit.
- When you exit from the West Exit, you will see a large building with the sign "SOGO" (Department store) on your left. Head towards this building on the pedestrian walkway.
- To the right of the entrance to SOGO, keep walking on the pedestrian walkway.
- As you walk on the pedestrian walkway, you will see the highest building (Sonic City Building). Turn right toward the highest building.
- You will find a SONIC CITY sign (white and blue). Head to the direction of the SONIC CITY sign. When you find the sign, continue walking to the leftward direction.
- As you walk, you will find a transparent dome-shaped tunnel. Go through this transparent dome-shaped tunnel.
- After passing through the tunnel, you will find escalators and stairs. Take either one down to the first floor, and you will find the entrance to Sonic City Hall (not Sonic City Building). Enter Sonic City Hall, go straight, and take the elevator to the 4th floor, where the International Conference Room (conference venue) is located.
Please do not go to the highest building (Sonic City Building). The International Converence room (conference venue) is located at 4th floor in Sonic City Hall.
